Buying a Plot in Faisal Town Phase 2 from Abroad

Many plot buyers in projects around Islamabad live abroad. Buying remotely is common, but it removes the chance to see things for yourself, so a few extra precautions are worth the effort.

The Overseas Enclave and quarterly instalments

Faisal Town Phase 2 has an Overseas Enclave reserved for Pakistanis living abroad. Overseas buyers can also choose quarterly instalments instead of monthly ones, which many find easier to plan around foreign salaries.

Booking without travelling

• Through a relative: a trusted family member in Pakistan can book on your behalf with a power of attorney. Have it prepared with legal advice and keep its scope limited to this purchase.
• Directly: some buyers complete forms and send copies of their NICOP or passport by courier or email. Ask the sales office which documents need originals.

Sending money safely

• Transfer only to the developer's official company bank account, using banking channels.
• Confirm the account details by phone with the sales office before your first transfer; never rely on account numbers sent in a forwarded message.
• Ask for an official receipt for every payment, sent to you directly.

Checking the plot from a distance

Ask for a recent video of the exact plot location, not just the block gate, and compare it with the block map. If a relative can visit, give them our site visit checklist.
